WHAT HAPPENED?
The email was sent to club staff earlier this week, and in a memo obtained by the Athletic, Ratcliffe called the untidiness of the facilities 'a disgrace.'
The billionaire and his company INEOS purchased a minority stake in the club earlier this year.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Ratcliffe drew issue with the club's IT Department, while throwing shade at the state of the club's youth side's tidiness as well saying “frankly the dressing rooms of U18s and U21s” were not better.
The Billionaire said INEOS would not accept that level of uncleanliness, and that they should have higher expectations for themselves.
